đ âIf ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.â â John 15:7 KJV
đ âPray without ceasing.â â 1 Thessalonians 5:17 KJV
We have walked through the steps of the TRUTH Mindset⢠Framework:
T â Target the Lie (Awareness)
R â Replace with Scripture (Anchor)
U â Understand Its Meaning (Alignment)
T â Turn It into a Declaration (Activation)
And now, we arrive at the last step: H â Hold It in Prayer (Abide).
This is where truth does not just enter your mindâit abides in your heart through ongoing prayer and intimacy with God.
Prayer is not a one-time event or an item to check off your list. It is the lifeline that keeps truth alive in your daily walk. Without prayer, even the strongest declaration can fade away under the pressure of life. But with prayer, truth takes root and grows deep.
When you pray Scripture, you...
Step 4 in the TRUTH Mindset⢠Framework
đ âDeath and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.â â Proverbs 18:21 KJV
đ âLet the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy.â â Psalm 107:2 KJV
You have identified the lie (Target), anchored yourself in Scripture (Replace), and sought understanding (Understand). But now comes the moment of activationâwhen truth moves from thought into spoken word.
The Bible teaches us that the tongue carries the power of life and death. Your words are not empty; they shape your mindset, direct your choices, and influence your faith. When you declare Godâs Word, you are not merely repeating versesâyou are speaking life, aligning with truth, and resisting lies.
When Jesus was tempted in the wilderness, He did not just think ScriptureâHe spoke it out loud: âIt is writtenâŚâ (Matthew 4:4 KJV). Speaking the Word aloud silences...
Step 3 in the TRUTH Mindset⢠Framework
đ âGive me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.â â Psalm 119:34 KJV
đ âIn all thy getting get understanding.â â Proverbs 4:7 KJV
After exposing the lie (T â Target the Lie) and replacing it with Scripture (R â Replace with Scripture), it might be tempting to stop there. But God does not invite us to simply repeat His Word as though it were a chant. He calls us to understand it, believe it, and live by it.
This is where alignment happens. It is the moment when a verse moves from your head into your heart. Knowledge alone will not transform youâbut Spirit-revealed understanding will.
Many Christian women know Scripture but still struggle with fear, shame, or doubt. Why? Because the Word has not moved from information to revelation.
Think of it this way:
Information is knowing what the verse says.
Revelation is knowing what it means for you right now.
Step 2 in the TRUTH Mindset⢠Framework
"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." â Psalm 119:105 KJV
Â
In the first step of the TRUTH Mindset⢠Framework, we learned to Target the Lie by identifying false beliefs that have been shaping our thoughts, emotions, and actions. But awareness alone will not set us free. A weed pulled up without being replaced leaves empty ground, ready for another seed â possibly another lie â to take root.
That is why the second step is Replace with Scripture â an intentional choice to anchor your mind in the unchanging truth of Godâs Word.
Â
The worldâs advice often changes with trends, opinions, and feelings. Godâs Word never changes. His truth has remained steadfast through every culture, generation, and season of life.
Jesus said in John 17:17: "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth."
When we replace the lies we have bel...
Many Christian women walk through life weighed down by invisible burdens â assumptions, wounds, memories, and voices from the past that whisper, âYou are not enough,â âYou will always be stuck,â or âYou will never change.â These lies become so familiar that we begin to operate as though they are truth.
But here is the good news: You were not created to live in a lie-locked existence. You were created to live truth-liberated.
The first step in the TRUTH Mindset⢠Framework is to Target the Lie â a process of spiritual awakening and mental awareness. Before you can replace, align, or activate truth, you must become aware of what is shaping your thoughts and behavior.
To target means to pinpoint, to aim directly at something, to bring it into focus. This first step is not about judgment â it is about clarity. To be transformed by the renewing of your mind, you must identify what needs to be renewed.
Ask yourself:
What lie am I believing about myself, my wort

âYou cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.â â Brian Tracy
Ladies, have you ever found yourself juggling doubt, fear, and insecurityâand deep down, you knew the thoughts swirling around in your mind did not align with Godâs Word?
You are not the only one.
As Christian women, we often face internal battles that no one else sees. But the enemyâs most effective weapon is subtle: a lie believed as truth. That is why we must learn to recognize, confront, and replace those lies with the unshakable Word of God and develop a Truth Mindset.
Â
Â
Life Coaching breakthroughs begin with awareness. You cannot overcome what you will not confront.
Ask yourself:
What am I believing right now that is keeping me stuck?
What thought plays on repeat that cause

âFor which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?â â Luke 14:28, KJV
There is a holy calm to Godâs way of building. Christian Life Coaching for women is the quiet table where you sit down first, open the Scriptures, and shape holy desire into a faithful plan. We do not rush; we reverence. We bring our hopes under the plumb line of the Word, and we move with a peace that outlasts pressure. âCommit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.â â Proverbs 16:3, KJV
âThrough wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established.â â Proverbs 24:3, KJV
Lie-Locked Living is the slow captivity that comes when repeated lies begin to sound like truth: You are not enough; nothing will change; you will fail again. These are chains, not compass points. Scripture cuts those chains. âSanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.â â ...
Have you heard the phrase: âGoing with the flow.â It signifies allowing yourself to drift from one situation to another without rhythm or purpose.
That is the absolute opposite of being goal-oriented.
But, a little fluidity can make things work effectively. As you set goals, you want to be flexible and accommodate life changes while having your eyes on your prize.
Â
Every woman has her meaning of success in the same way that everyone has unique dreams for their life. It is not sufficient to identify what prize you are targeting. Ingenuity is key to productive goal setting. Allow yourself to dream, explore, and visualize options.
Whether personal, career, or business, success depends on achieving meaningful goals. There can be countless different ways to cross a river, but you will find only a few, maybe even just one, suited to you. âGoing with the flowâ involves letting yourself go through flexible thinking and always looking around for the one method that suits you and works...

There must be endings to create new beginnings. An old year ends, and a New Year begins, full of promises of change and new experiences. Mitch Albom, author of âThe Five People You Meet in Heaven,â wrote: âAll endings are also beginnings. We donât know it at the time.â
It is an excellent way to consider endings in our lives. Certain endings, such as the death of a loved one, will leave you heartbroken. But if you can think of it as the entire host of good memories and ultimately go with what the new beginnings have in store, you will live a happier and more fulfilled life.

Those he had wronged in life showed grace and class by forgiving him in the end.
Â
The story follows Scrooge on three adventures of self-exploration, with the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future.
Â
What he learns in each place is something we can all use.
