Spiritual growth begins not with doing, but with knowing. We cannot serve whom we do not know. This post explores cultivating daily fellowship with Jesus through prayer, worship, and obedience.
Invite readers to examine how well they know God versus how often they work for Him.
Philippians 3:10-11 - "That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead."
T – “Target to Know Him”
“That I may know Him…”
Spiritual transformation begins with intimacy. The goal of truth is not just knowledge about God, but relationship with Him.
R – “Recognize the Power of His Resurrection”
“…and the power of His resurrection…”
When truth renews your mind, resurrection power renews your life. This is the victory that breaks every chain of the past.
U – “Understand the Fellowship of His Sufferings”
“…and the fellowship of His sufferings…”
To walk in truth is to walk in empathy — sharing in His sufferings refines our hearts to mirror His.
T – “Transform to Be Conformable Unto His Death”
“…being made conformable unto His death…”
We die to self so His life can rise within us. True transformation always requires surrender.
H – “Hold Fast to the Hope of Resurrection”
“If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.”
Truth leads us to eternal hope — living daily in the power of His promise and the assurance of new life.
✨ Summary Statement:
The TRUTH of Philippians 3:10–11 is not just doctrine—it’s discipleship.
To know Christ, we must walk through every dimension of His story: knowing, rising, suffering, surrendering, and living again in resurrection power.
Each Sunday this month, our spirituality blogs will focus on the Truth Path, which reveals the full progression of spiritual intimacy and transformation.
The foundation of intimacy with Christ.
There comes a point in every believer’s journey when activity alone no longer satisfies the soul.
We can serve faithfully, pray passionately, and still feel a quiet ache within—a longing not for more doing, but for deeper knowing.
Paul’s words in Philippians 3:10 echo through time with a single, holy desire:
“That I may know Him.”
Not just know about Him. Not simply recall His miracles, His teachings, or His commands. But to know His heart.
To understand His nature, His voice, and His presence in such a way that truth becomes not just something we believe—but Someone we behold.
There is a vast difference between routine faith and relational faith.
Religion says, “Do more for God.”
Relationship whispers, “Come closer to God.”
When we chase activity without intimacy, we burn out. But when we pursue intimacy, everything we do flows from love, not duty.
To know Him is to slow down long enough to hear His whisper.
It is to sit with Scripture not as a checklist, but as a conversation.
It is to live in continual awareness of His presence—
in the laughter of a child, the warmth of the sun, the stillness between heartbeats.
As a Christian Life Coach, I often meet women who are striving for significance but starving for stillness.
They want direction, but what they truly need is connection.
Transformation begins not with trying harder but with trusting deeper.
Ask yourself today:
💭 Am I seeking to know God’s will more than I seek to know God Himself?
💭 Do I approach prayer to get answers—or to rest in His presence?
💭 What would it look like to schedule “being” time with God as intentionally as “doing” time for Him?
“I pursue knowing Christ above all else, for He is the source of every truth.”
Take ten minutes to write a letter to the Lord beginning with these words:
“Jesus, I want to know You more deeply…”
Let your heart speak freely. Then pause to listen—what truth does the Holy Spirit whisper back to you?
Knowing Christ is the highest pursuit, the purest calling, and the most rewarding discovery.
When you truly know Him, you find peace in confusion, hope in hardship, and direction in uncertainty.
The more you know His heart, the more your heart will beat in rhythm with His.
This is where your Truth Mindset™ begins—
Not in striving, but in stillness.
Not in earning, but in embracing.
Not in performance, but in presence.
