Beloved sister, Christian Life Coaching for women is the quiet table where holy desire meets holy order—where we “sit down first, and count the cost” (Luke 14:28, KJV) and then rise to build with peace. In this blog, we step out of Lie-Locked Living—the whispers that say I am empty, unseen, finished—and into a Truth Mindset that thinks with Scripture until the heart agrees with God.
Under the wings of the Lord (Ruth 2:12, KJV), we will watch Ruth’s steady obedience become our pattern: humble steps, timely counsel, and faithful work. With my T.O.W.E.R. Framework—Target the Aim, Outline Resources, Write Milestones, Establish Boundaries, Review and Rejoice—Life Coaching turns grace-filled intention into dated steps you can finish, so your days gather clarity, your pace keeps its peace, and your labor bears lasting fruit.
“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost…?” — Luke 14:28, KJV
Christian Life Coaching for women is the quiet table where holy desire meets holy order. We sit down first, open the Scriptures, and shape intention into a faithful plan. Planning is not unbelief; planning is worship under the Lord’s plumb line. “Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.” — Proverbs 16:3, KJV
Lie-Locked Living happens when repeated falsehoods sound true: I am empty. I am unseen. My future is over. Ruth knew grief, poverty, and foreignness, yet grace rewrote her story.
Truth Mindset (T.R.U.T.H.) — the holy habit of thinking with Scripture until the heart agrees with God:
T — Target the Lie (Awareness): “I am empty and forgotten.”
R — Replace with Scripture (Anchor): “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” — Psalm 23:1, KJV
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee.” — Isaiah 41:10, KJV
U — Understand Its Meaning (Alignment): God’s presence requires obedient steps today: humility, diligence, and integrity in the field.
T — Turn It into a Declaration (Activation): By God’s grace I will rise, glean faithfully, and trust His providence.
H — Hold It in Prayer (Abide): Pray as you work; keep your mind stayed on Him. “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee.” — Isaiah 26:3, KJV
Coaching benefit: A coach helps you name the lie, choose the verse, and practice the declaration until courage becomes your new normal. “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7, KJV
“The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.” — Ruth 2:12, KJV
Ruth and Naomi must secure honorable provision and pursue lawful redemption within God’s ways. Ruth aims to glean faithfully and follow Naomi’s counsel toward a kinsman-redeemer.
Life Coaching lens: Clarify a single, godly objective that you can finish in this season. “Write the vision, and make it plain…” — Habakkuk 2:2, KJV
Time: daily gleaning hours.
Talent: diligence, humility, teachability.
Training: Naomi’s wisdom about Israel’s customs.
Treasure: meager supplies, yet sufficient seed of obedience.
Team: Naomi’s guidance; Boaz’s favor and protection in the field (Ruth 2:8–9).
Life Coaching lens: Identify supports and gaps early. “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God.” — James 1:5, KJV
Choose a safe field and glean behind the reapers (Ruth 2:2–3).
Seek covering and instruction; remain near the maidens (Ruth 2:8, 23).
Follow Naomi’s redemption plan with purity and courage (Ruth 3).
Wait while Boaz settles the matter at the gate (Ruth 4:1–6).
Life Coaching lens: Convert hope into dated, sequenced steps. “Let all things be done decently and in order.” — 1 Corinthians 14:40, KJV
Ruth guards purity at the threshing floor, stays within the safe company of the maidens, honors Naomi’s counsel, and refuses shortcuts.
Life Coaching lens: Protect margin, say no to distraction, and keep the main thing central. “See then that ye walk circumspectly… redeeming the time.” — Ephesians 5:15–16, KJV
Boaz redeems; the women bless the Lord: “Blessed be the LORD, which hath not left thee this day without a kinsman.” — Ruth 4:14, KJV Ruth’s diligence births a legacy that reaches David and the Messiah (Ruth 4:17; Matthew 1).
Life Coaching lens: Evaluate, adjust gently, and give thanks. “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23, KJV
Clarity: Truth Mindset clears the fog so you see the next faithful step.
Order: T.O.W.E.R. turns desire into dates and deliverables you can finish.
Protection: Boundaries keep your heart steady and your pace sustainable.
Fruit: Review and gratitude multiply progress without losing peace.
Word Upgrades for Builders
“I have a problem.” → “I have a stewardship and a next step.”
“This obstacle stops me.” → “This is an area for growth; my next step to solve is ____.”
Day 1: Pray, then write one clear Target for this month (Habakkuk 2:2).
Day 2: Outline resources and invite one prayer partner (James 1:5).
Day 3: Write two milestones and place them on the calendar (1 Corinthians 14:40).
Day 4: Establish one boundary and remove one distraction (Ephesians 5:15–16).
Day 5: Complete Milestone 1 and speak your declaration.
Day 6: Complete Milestone 2 and prepare next week.
Day 7: Review and Rejoice with three specific thanksgivings (Ruth 4:14).
By God’s grace I reject Lie-Locked Living, embrace a Truth Mindset, and build with T.O.W.E.R.; I will plan with wisdom, work with diligence, protect holy margin, and finish with joy under the wings of the Lord.
“She is clothed with strength and honour; and she shall rejoice in time to come.” — Proverbs 31:25, KJV
