“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?” — Luke 14:28, KJV
There is a holy calm to God’s way of building. Christian Life Coaching for women is the quiet table where you sit down first, open the Scriptures, and shape holy desire into a faithful plan. We do not rush; we reverence. We bring our hopes under the plumb line of the Word, and we move with a peace that outlasts pressure. “Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.” — Proverbs 16:3, KJV
“Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established.” — Proverbs 24:3, KJV
Lie-Locked Living is the slow captivity that comes when repeated lies begin to sound like truth: You are not enough; nothing will change; you will fail again. These are chains, not compass points. Scripture cuts those chains. “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” — John 17:17, KJV
A Truth Mindset is the holy habit of thinking with Scripture until the heart agrees with God. In Life Coaching for women, we practice T.R.U.T.H.:
T — Target the Lie (Awareness): Name the thought that opposes God’s Word.
R — Replace with Scripture (Anchor): Choose a verse that answers it. “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” — John 8:32, KJV
U — Understand Its Meaning (Alignment): Ask, “What does this require of me today?” “Casting down imaginations… and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 10:5, KJV
T — Turn It into a Declaration (Activation): Speak it aloud with faith.
H — Hold It in Prayer (Abide): Pray it daily until peace takes root. “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee.” — Isaiah 26:3, KJV
Coaching helps you practice this rhythm until courage becomes your new normal. “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7, KJV
The Lord calls us to plan with wisdom, not to drift with wishes. In Christian Life Coaching, we walk a simple, Scriptural path.
Name one clear, kingdom-aligned goal. Vague wishes weary the soul; clarity steadies it.
“Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” — Habakkuk 2:2, KJV
Coaching lens: We sharpen your goal until it is measurable, life-giving, and obedient to Scripture.
List time, talent, training, treasure, and team.
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God…” — James 1:5, KJV
Coaching lens: We identify gaps early and set supports in place so the goal is truly buildable.
Break the work into weekly steps with dates and deliverables.
“Let all things be done decently and in order.” — 1 Corinthians 14:40, KJV
Coaching lens: We turn desire into dated actions that honor your season and capacity.
Protect margin, say no to distractions, and schedule recovery so you can finish.
“See then that ye walk circumspectly… redeeming the time.” — Ephesians 5:15–16, KJV
Coaching lens: We create quiet hours, clear limits, and Sabbath rhythms so zeal does not outrun wisdom.
Measure, adjust, and give thanks.
“And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23, KJV
Coaching lens: We celebrate progress, prune what hinders, and maintain momentum with gentle adjustments.
Text: “Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee… and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither.” — 2 Kings 4:10, KJV
Situation: A “great woman” of Shunem perceived the call of God in Elisha’s visits. She did not drift; she designed. She planned a quiet upper room, furnished with bed, table, stool, and candlestick. Her stewardship created space for visitation and, in time, for a miracle.
T.O.W.E.R. in her story
T — Target the Aim: Prepare a dedicated place for God’s servant.
O — Outline Resources: Space, furnishings, labor, and agreement with her household.
W — Write Milestones: Choose the room, gather items, set in order.
E — Establish Boundaries: Keep the chamber ready; prioritize sacred hospitality over lesser tasks.
R — Review and Rejoice: The room became a site for blessing; God answered with a son and later restored his life (2 Kings 4:16, 34–37).
Coaching Insight: God often meets the woman who prepares a room. Life Coaching helps you make space, set things in order, and keep oil in the lamp.
Context: Alyssa felt called to start a modest-apparel micro-business that funds local missions. The lie said, “You will never finish; you do not have enough.” Together we practiced the Truth Mindset and walked T.O.W.E.R.
Target the Lie: “I never finish” → Truth: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13, KJV
Declaration: By God’s grace I will finish the work set before me.
T — Target the Aim: Launch an online storefront with six products and five founding customers in 30 days.
O — Outline Resources:
Time: 6 focused hours weekly
Talent: product curation and photography
Training: one tutorial on storefront setup
Treasure: small budget for samples and hosting
Team: two prayer partners and one tech helper
W — Write Milestones:
Week 1: Choose brand name and domain; select six items
Week 2: Photograph products; write descriptions
Week 3: Build storefront; set payments and shipping
Week 4: Announce launch; hold five discovery calls
E — Establish Boundaries: Quiet blocks 6–8 a.m.; social windows at noon and 4 p.m.; Sabbath media fast.
R — Review and Rejoice: Friday 20-minute review; three gratitude entries each week.
Outcome: Alyssa launched on day 28, welcomed seven founding customers, and funded the first small mission gift. Her “obstacle” became an area for growth with a next step to solve each week. “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God… And the peace of God… shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:6–7, KJV
Coaching Insight: Christian Life Coaching turns holy desire into dated steps, guards margin, and keeps the work aligned with calling and character.
“I have a problem.” → “I have a stewardship and a next step.”
“This obstacle stops me.” → “This is an area for growth; my next step to solve is ____.”
“I feel overwhelmed.” → “I am at capacity right now; I will create margin and a simple plan.”
Prayerful Anchor: “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” — Psalm 90:12, KJV
Day 1: Pray and write your Target.
Day 2: Outline Resources and invite one intercessor.
Day 3: Write two Milestones and schedule them.
Day 4: Remove one distraction and set one boundary.
Day 5: Complete Milestone 1; record gratitude.
Day 6: Complete Milestone 2; prepare next week.
Day 7: Rest, Review, and Rejoice. “Let us not be weary in well doing.” — Galatians 6:9, KJV
By God’s grace I will reject Lie-Locked Living, embrace a Truth Mindset, and build with T.O.W.E.R. I will plan with wisdom, work with diligence, protect holy margin, and finish with joy.
“She is clothed with strength and honour; and she shall rejoice in time to come.” — Proverbs 31:25, KJV
